After hiring and cruising the Caledonian Canal in June. Where we tied up our boat at Great Glen Water Park for two nights. We we're impressed with the site and arranged a short winter break to 'chill' from all the stresses of Christmas and New Year. Accommodation was fantastic with views over a completely frozen Loch Oich. An excellent venue for winter walking and relaxing. Fort Augustus 10 miles and Nevis Range 15 miles. The short walk to Laggan Lock along the Great Glen Way was impressive, with mountain backdrops, the canal section covered in ice and no midges. We can't wait to organise the next holiday.

A completely relaxing holiday. Total chill out with an abundance of walking literally 'on the doorstep' (it was only 50m from the front door and we were on the Great Glen Way!!!!!) Fantastic scenery.

It was a lovely lodge in a beautiful setting. The lodge was clean and comfortable and fully equipped, and what a fantastic view of the stunning scenery. The activities available were brilliant, we did archery and two of the boys did canyoning, which was amazing. It was absolutely wonderful and we all thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely return. Even the soggy weather didn't put a dampener on it. Fantastic !

Great range of outdoor activities near by and a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Walked for miles and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities at the end of the day.

The park is quiet and in a beautiful setting, the staff are friendly and helpful and we had a lovely break. We were there Friday till Monday and were grateful for the tranquility. We had takeaway food from the bar on Friday night which was of a high standard, and even had a homemade touch.

I would highly recommend this holiday as you have access to anything that any fussy person could want. An all year round holiday home or holiday base, and make sure you read the info at hand as there is so much activities from skiing to water sports, and all the nature you can get. We plan to return every year - thanks!

What a great place to stay! Relaxation, and peace and quiet and our lodge was lochside so we had superb views all day long. The lodge was immaculately clean and tidy and it is situated near to Great Glen way - for walkers this is great! A brilliant base for a walking or touring holiday, or just to get away from it all and great for outdoor people, kids and dogs. I loved it, my husband loved it, my 4 year old loved it, and the dog thought he was in doggy heaven - we would go again!

If you wish to get away from all the usual run of the mill, then this small and friendly PARK is just for you. With scenery to die for (and thats without even leaving the comfort of your lodge)! Take a drive further afield to so many breathetaking scenery, or just nip up the road to the hotel and sample some wonderful fair if the you need a break from the usual bar/restaurant. We'll go back and so will you!

What a lovely holiday park and just perfect for our family of five. The staff, bar and restaurant were all superb and there are magnificent views and it is not far at all from Loch Ness and Ben Nevis. We had a great time and would love to visit in the summer.

We spent loads of time looking for holidays and chose Hoseasons because they offered the best value for money, exceptional accommodation and top locations. We will definitely be using Hoseasons again!

The park is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful with wonderful views over the loch. Ideally located for Fort William, Fort Augustus and Loch Ness and the restaurant is fantastic with proper home cooking and wonderful service. Also try the bar as they have a superb choice of whiskeys!

The location was fantastic, just a few metres away from the loch. The scenery and calmness of the park was amazing and we felt at home the moment we arrived. The surrounding areas for walks and drives was just magical, and to wake up on one of the mornings to a snowy winter wonderland is something we will never forget. We were sad upon leaving but happy that we would be returning sometime really soon - thanks for a wonderful stay!

The situation was first class with brilliant walks along an old railway line right on doorstep. The scenery was out of this world and it is ideal for walkers, dog lovers and photographers.

Everything about the park is just as advertised. We go each year and take our two dogs and the woodland walks at the back of the park are ideal. Very peaceful but a near enough drive to Fort William or Inverness if you want to go.

Our first visit to Scotland and the drive up to the park was breathtaking. The location of the park on the waters edge is fantastic for adults and children alike. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was good food in restaurant. It has the makings of any sort of holiday you wish, from the exciting to the tranquil and relaxing - this park has it all!

Our Lochside Lodge was in a terrific location overlooking Loch Oich. We watched the antics of ducks and their ducklings, and got a free preview of the various boating activities provided onsite. A great holiday for all the family!

Fantastic holiday, lovely site and a bonus having the water sports on tap. The staff running the sport activities were kind, helpful, encouraging and extremely pleasant. The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise and we dined there most nights as the food was so good. I would definitely go back.
